Our summer houses’ delivery kit includes:
- Impregnated base frame, floor joists and terrace deck (if terrace is part of the complect)
- Tongued floor deck, 26x90mm or 28x90mm, floor slats
- All wall details
- Tilt-turn or non-opening windows, with drip mold, glazed, with fittings, interior and exterior slats for the window
- Doors, glazed or solid wood (depending on the model), with lock and handle, including inner and outer boundary slats
- The roof structure with a tongued deck (20x90mm), edge and side boards.

The kit does not include:
- Installation
- Transportation (if you have ordered installation from us, then the transportation costs in Estonian mainland start from €140)
